About the coffees: 

• Tanzanian Peaberry Whole Bean:  Delicately roasted to a light level, this coffee features mouthwatering notes of Milk Chocolate and Black Currant, highlighted by juicy notes of ripe Georgia Peach and a fresh Ground Cinnamon. 
• Colombian Saldo Blanco: Grown high in the mountains of Saldo Blanco, Hulia in Colombia, this limited edition microlot features only the best green coffee grown by producer Jaime Romero. Delicate hints of plum and tropical fruit are immediately noticed with rich and savory notes of toasted vanilla, sugar cane, and toffee on the first sip.
• Peace Trade Congolese Umoja:  This coffee is delicious when brewed in just about every method, but truly shines when brewed using a pour over or Chemex. You'll experience delicate and crisp notes of Lemon, Orange and Cantaloupe with rich and savory notes of Dark Chocolate from the very first sip.
